Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between l444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person using l444's services ("User", "you"). By visiting the l444 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are giving your full acceptance of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using l444's services. It is the user's own responsibility to read and understand these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person or household are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be closed and any earned bonuses or winnings may be voided.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that:

• Your account has been fully verified.
• The source of deposited funds is legitimate and the deposit was made from your own mobile banking account.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at l444, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is 10x, meaning you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies once per person/account.
• l444 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If there is evidence of bonus terms being violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gameplay.

Betting & Gaming Policy

All gaming activity on l444 is conducted in a transparent and fair manner. The platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely impartial.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, l444 may cancel the relevant bet and return the original amount.
• Payouts generated as a result of incorrect data or technical issues are not considered valid.
• If an accidental erroneous payout is identified, that amount will be deducted from the account balance.

6.2 Sports Betting Policy

For cricket and other sports betting, l444's standard markets and odds apply. If any event is cancelled or postponed, the original amount will be refunded for the related bet or it will be settled under rescheduled rules.

6.3 Fair Play

Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited. l444 uses tools to detect such activity and takes firm action in cases of violation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l444 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud or deceptive activity.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Cracking, hacking, or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
• Assisting minors in creating an account.
• Collecting money from others in the name of l444 or through deceptive means.

Account Suspension & Permanent Closure

l444 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Illegal or suspicious financial transactions.
• An obstacle to providing service under applicable law.
• At the user's own request.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any funds improperly earned will be forfeited. The decision to return any legitimately earned balance will be made by l444 on the basis of its investigation.

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, send an email to [email protected]. The process will be completed within the standard timeframe upon receipt of the request, and any valid balance will be returned by the specified method.

Limitation of Liability

l444 works to ensure the highest level of safe and reliable service. However, l444's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Inconvenience caused by delays or errors from third-party payment services.
• Game disruption during unexpected technical maintenance or server outages.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing account information.

l444 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, l444's total liability will be limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

Privacy & Data Protection
